Established on the shores of the lake for more than 30 years, La Trinquette is one of the summer institutions. It is here that one or two generations of Ancients come to pick up their fresh fries accompanied by a good sandwich to refresh themselves between two dives into the lake. At La Trinquette, there's an air of a guinguette, an improved refreshment bar, even if the service is a bit rushed, it's not unusual. Large salads, small fried food, steak tartare, roast chicken, pizzas, it's not great catering, but it doesn't pretend to be. At La Trinquette, broadcasting of sporting events and the possibility of organising receptions and meetings in a private area.
