When it's time to sit down to dinner, Elise's doesn't go unnoticed. In a tasteful Savoyard setting, Elise tries to attract the many tourists strolling along the canal quay, but the beautiful Elise has a lot of difficulty keeping her promises. Of course, the menu is tempting, playing on the mountain and Savoyard rope by multiplying the cheese specialities. And that's not the least successful thing she does. Because Elise, to please all passers-by, varies the dishes of our regions, even overflowing with pizzas. But for a foreign tourist, all this must come from the same country (whereas it most certainly comes from the same supplier...). Too expensive Elise, the artisans of the taste and the soil of our mountains form the gourmet heritage of our regions. It's a pity that your table can't pay tribute to them and we're only happy to enjoy the view, on the canal...
