You can't cross Pauline by leaving the station. Even though its dark colors for our taste are not the cheapest of this lively place, Pauline gives us joy as soon as you can find a nice terrace or a friendly atmosphere. At a wide time, which delights travelers and all people of passages in this "shopping zone", Chez Pauline has the good taste of offering us a "simple" cuisine, but prepared from good fresh produce made with love. From breakfast that will allow us to visit the city on the good foot at the tasty and refreshing lunch, Pauline uses a genuine cook to vary the pleasures and satisfy all appetites. No forgeries, no vegan or gluten-free cuisine, but real seasonal dishes made with finesse. Everything is made home, burger tartare, but still a Savoyarde, an egg poached with Parmesan cream or a calf roast of veal sauce that warm our heart and stomach this winter. Homemade desserts of the same quality. Interesting wine list. Saturday, we brunch. Excellent formula at noon for an address that gives the best image of the city as soon as we arrive. A Pauline to attend.
