A Bouillon happily cultivated by the excellent Mathieu Chauvin for 9 years. A Bouillon 2.0 that expanded last year to better welcome us in a delightful setting. A Bouillon as comforting as the cuisine of a chef who offers gourmet, creative bistronomy based on local produce in tune with the seasons. A short menu, a guarantee of freshness and quality, with a very successful 100% plant-based dish, a meat dish and a fish dish. Beautiful dishes to match with a selection of wines in the same spirit of sharing and conviviality.

C'est une belle surprise que ce restaurant où on découvre l'artisanat de la cuisine. Une cuisine créative et raffinée, pleine de découverte et de surprises pour le palais. Belle présentation, service professionnel, c'est un restaurant de qualité dont on a eu plaisir de tester, et on reviendra.

En lisant la présentation, on est venu entre copines pour gouter à cette cuisine. Le restaurant est tout petit, et il est très chaleureux. Le menu à 31 € est un prix très convenable. La qualité des produits, la cuisine moderne de saison et la présentation dans l'assiette, c'est excellent !

Un très bon pot au feu revisité, et des produits faits, ce restaurant discret, qui ne paie pas de mines, est de loin un des plus interessants à connaître. Cuisine personnelle et salle à la décoration sobre, service timide, et un grand plaisir pour les papilles.

Voilà ce qui est la cuisine traditionnelle et maison. Tout petit restaurant qui mise sur les produits, leur qualité, un peu moins sur la décoration. Mais les premières valeurs tiennent tellement en bouche, que finalement, on était pas venu pour la déco. La patience de la serveuse, souriante est aussi exemplaire.
