Not a fan of the "grilled" addresses, the Futé appreciates some restaurants that have made their perfect mastery of the cooking of the flames, their brand brand. Moreover, by reading our guide well, you will have no difficulty choosing an address of good taste in this specialty. But at Courtestraille (belonging to a British investment fund, no!), we have a lot of difficulty finding the same quality of product, cooking and service that we appreciate time, at a true craftsman. In the room, the organization of the service freaks a staff quickly. At the service always, the confusion of the names of the pieces of meat served (is it a dip, a tab or a paved beef? ? ?) let the client who can doubt the professionalism of the team perplexed. Come on, an asset to finish: the range of hours, even on Sunday! But at the expense of a team… not always performing.
