Annecy has no shortage of excellent addresses, you just have to know where to find them! For the past 15 years, L'Aromatik' has been welcoming us in a discreet passageway bordered by a small canal, a secret of the city (towards rue de la Filaterie). A small terrace full of character and an elegant dining room to savour the cuisine of chef Patrice Le Doré. The daily menu offers excellent value for money, with seasonal produce as the main ingredient; the Menu Dégustation offers a choice of dishes from the à la carte menu in smaller portions; and a vegetarian dish with seasonal vegetables is available. The cuisine is creative, from starters to desserts. Superb cellar. A safe bet that knows how to renew itself.
