De l'eau aromatisée à la menthe, concombre très original. Une délicieuse soupe à l'oignon accompagnée d'une blanquette et son risotto à tomber. Une pomme au four au caramel beurre salé au dessert cuite à la perfection. Bravo en cuisine pour cette finesse et à toute l'équipe du service.
