Nestled on the banks of the very romantic lake next to Petit Port of Annecy-le-Vieux, the charm of a cozy family house wins the hearts immediately. An address to give priority to summer with its terrace in the shade of the trees and chestnut trees. The lounge atmosphere is real with design and comfortable furniture, an original outdoor bar and regular djs to put the atmosphere appreciated on summer evenings. On the kitchen side, the map is particularly large that satisfies everyone's desires: head fat of the chef and his poêlés bonbons candy and maple syrup, spring rolls and crab or a bio-smoked salmon to begin; a rabbit râble stuffed with mushrooms sauce honey-lemon and ginger conflict or a fillet of féra from Geneva and its emulsion of fresh herbs. Desserts finish the meal with a touch of perfection, like this tiramisu du Bel Shelter. Address that draws the best from its idyllic location by offering us moments of happiness.

Nous avons déjeuné sur la terrasse qui donne sur la route et sur une partie du lac d'Annecy (la vue n'est pas très jolie).
Concernant le repas, nous avons choisi les filets de perche à la persillade avec des frites et des légumes de saison. C'était délicieux, bien présenté et copieux.
En revanche, nous n'avons pas trouvé le cheese cake à notre goût.
Je n' enlève pas d'étoile pour le café qui était vraiment dégueu (goût très amer), impossible à boire.
Le service a été impeccable.
Nous y reviendrons pour tester le menu du jour.
