Here, we do what we know how to do (well), not for show, but for human contact. Chez Firmin owes part of its charm to rock'n'roll lover Jean-Pierre Hudry. Behind the crocheted curtains, you can sit back and enjoy simple, tasty home cooking: linguine with smoked trout, tartiflette salad, andouillette and home-made dessert. Simply good and comforting.
