This brasserie was founded in 1967, but seems to get younger every time we visit. In a quiet neighborhood, the Saint-Mau terrace is a haven of peace where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Blending tradition and modernity, chef Guillaume Roignant creates quality dishes using fresh produce. The à la carte menu features salads, including a Saint-Mau-style Caesar, the Saint-Mau burger, fish of the day and Savoyard specialties. Wine and cocktail list. A safe bet.

brasserie chic cuisine semi gastro, bons vins. Belle adresse sur un coté d'Annecy où on ne va pas forcément.

Brasserie chic qui sort des clichés. Le service est parfait, la décoration soignée, et la cuisine de qualité. La carte des vins est prestigieuse. restaurant à connaître que nous avons eu plaisir à découvrir.

Brasserie moderne, avec la salle au premier étage. Cuisine plutôt gastronomique, nappage impeccable, table et salle très classe. C'est délicieux, le service est impeccable. Juste difficile à trouver une place pour se garer, mais de ce qui est de la qualité, conforme à nos attentes et place méritée dans le guide. On y retournera.

Rather modern brasserie, with an elegant dining room on the first floor. Creative and refined cuisine, beautiful presentation of dishes and a wine list. The only less, is park itself. But we confirm, very good garland to know.
