This brasserie was founded in 1967, but seems to get younger every time we visit. In a quiet neighborhood, the Saint-Mau terrace is a haven of peace where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Blending tradition and modernity, chef Guillaume Roignant creates quality dishes using fresh produce. The à la carte menu features salads, including a Saint-Mau-style Caesar, the Saint-Mau burger, fish of the day and Savoyard specialties. Wine and cocktail list. A safe bet.

Très chaleureux avec une décoration contemporaine et bien étudiée. La cuisine est délicieuse, carte des vins assez riche, très sympa et brasserie qui est plus un restaurant gastro.
