best place to enjoy tasty dishes and a good beer
In the heart of Annecy's old town, the baton has been passed to L'Estaminet, a place of conviviality and good food, with the arrival of Gaston, Vincent Lange's son. A cuisine that bridges the gap between the North - variations on mussels and French fries, Flemish carbonade, not to mention good beers - and the Savoyard terroir, when Denis and Valentin offer us : Panné Savoyard, Esta Burger Savoyard with melted Reblochon cheese, filet de perche meunière and homemade blueberry tart. The best addresses are passed on.
