Mathilde and Rémi's partnership works perfectly. A fine cuisine to enjoy on the spot and, more original in post-confinement, to take away every lunchtime. Next to the Vignières Pommaries covered parking lot, where you can park easily, there are beautiful new buildings, a pleasant terrace and an open kitchen where you can discover Rémi's work in the kitchen before discovering that of Mathilde, who takes care of the desserts with the same talent. A short menu where the right products are combined to perfection, such as Arctic char with beurre meunière, shoulder of lamb confit or kouign-amann with green apple caramel. Pleasures to share on the spot or at home.
