BRASSERIE IRMA
Brasserie on the banks of the lake appreciated for the chef's seasonal menu, the traditional cuisine and the cocktails on the terrace.
Irma in homage to the Annecy-born mother of France's most illustrious chef, Monsieur Paul Bocuse. On the shores of the lake, a brasserie owned by the Bocuse group invites you to enjoy the magnificent setting. A terrace for cocktails with a view, and a tasteful contemporary room with bluish accents, where you can savour traditional cuisine perfectly prepared by Chef Aupetit, who proposes a quenelle of pike with lobster sauce, a côte de cochon from Maison Baud or a filet of Arctic char from Maison Murgat à la Grenobloise. Grand-Mère waffles and homemade tarts are a must for an afternoon indulgence. Traditional brasserie.
