BLOOMER
Bistro with a menu that varies according to the season, with quality dishes made with good products, the evening menu with tapas.
A neo-bistro that might well be on the bistronomic side in terms of the composition of its plates and the care taken in the kitchen, but which Le Futé keeps on the side of fine dining with prices that don't break the budget for such quality. A large dining room with a counter, a warm welcome, a team of attentive staff and dishes as gourmet as you could wish for, such as this melting pig's cheek confit served with a purée enhanced by a meat juice. Surprising dessert. Bloomer has established itself as a top address.
