Brasserie offering a cuisine based on the best products by chef Nicolas Guignard.

A family spirit of conviviality and sharing for the brasserie side. Human warmth with Pauline, always sunny in a room combining stone, wood and leather in an elegant setting. A superb sheltered terrace to savour the excellent cuisine of a chef who asserts his gastronomic style and moves upmarket with each menu, inspired by Savoy produce (Ecotable label). Delicious surprises right down to the desserts. Pieces to share, mature meats, mature cheeses by Pierre Gay. A real favorite.

Cuisine très savoureuse, ambiance cosy et très bon accueil. Service efficace Une très belle expérience Dommage que la carte en ligne ne soit pas actualisée avec celle du restaurant. J’aurais aimé goûter le chaud froid de champignons.

Excelente opción para comer o cenar! Recomendado hacer reservación porque usualmente hay mucha gente. Yo elegí el chou relleno de veau, como side-dish brócolis rostizados y es uno de los mejores platillos que he comido en Annecy; absolutamente delicioso!!
Mi esposo pidió el gigot d'agneau, side-dish era un estilo de gratin dauphinois, el cual me comentó que estuvo rico. El lugar es acogedor y el personal fue muy amable. Muy recomendado!

Habitant à Annecy depuis 10 ans je ne sais pas pourquoi je n’étais jamais venue à la Brasserie Brunet. Le rapport qualité prix est extrêmement convenable pour Annecy, les plats délicieux, l’endroit agréable et les serveurs sympathiques.
Merci de proposer un plat végétarien vraiment cuisiné.
