Brasserie offering a cuisine based on the best products by chef Nicolas Guignard.

A family spirit of conviviality and sharing for the brasserie side. Human warmth with Pauline, always sunny in a room combining stone, wood and leather in an elegant setting. A superb sheltered terrace to savour the excellent cuisine of a chef who asserts his gastronomic style and moves upmarket with each menu, inspired by Savoy produce (Ecotable label). Delicious surprises right down to the desserts. Pieces to share, mature meats, mature cheeses by Pierre Gay. A real favorite.

Personnel accueillant, cadre bistro bourgeois, et cuisine gastrobistro sans en faire de trop.
Du local, de la qualité, avec une pointe d'originalité. Bon rapport qualité prix aussi.

En plein centre ville, la brasserie est plus un restaurant qu'une simple brasserie. Un vrai service, une cuisine haut de gamme, avec des produits frais de qualité, et une créativité sans faille. juste en centre ville, pas facile pour trouver une place.
