By taking over the Auberge sur les Bois, chef Benoît Vidal opens a new chapter in a gourmet book that has kept its 2 stars from Val d'Isère in Annecy. Coming down from the mountains, the chef has put down roots in a house in his own image, linked to nature. It's a house with a bistro feel, where people come to feast on seasonal produce in a simple, friendly atmosphere. At the gastronomic table, Benoît Vidal works marvelously with products from our lakes and rivers, blending them with vegetal notes in a heady harmony.
