Original cuisine by three-star chef Laurent Petit

There's a path traced by Laurent Petit, creator of Le Clos des Sens, who was able to award 3 stars to this magnificent house in the heights of Annecy-le-Vieux. It's a path handed down gently and knowledgeably to chef Franck Derouet and head sommelier Thomas Lorival. They have succeeded in the audacious challenge of not altering the initial project, while adding their own history: the same work around plant and lake flavors, the same mise en abyme of a terroir rich in emotions, the same fullness of taste to the point of purity... Always top-notch.

Une adresse plus que gourmande, faite d'instants magiques que nous fait vivre le chef et toute son équipe. Des surprises, de la decouverte et de la contemplation, du plaisir comme le dit le guide futé. Bravo et merci pour ces instants !

Perfect service, aesthetics of setting, the custom-made one of interior decoration to contemplation in the discoveries of new flavours, a set of surprise in surprises. It is indeed a must, to immerse during a stay in this place, best of gastronomy and receive.

We decided to discover this table while taking the advice of the guide, that leads us on the upper part of town. More than one discovery table, it is all the art of the development of a new cuisine that we discovered. The setting and the view are sumptuous, the attentive service and perfection. Control of cooking, new flavours… a brilliant show. More, the chef who comes to greet his public.

A journey of the senses! Beauty and serenity of the setting, on the heights of Annecy-le-Vieux: you can have lunch on the beautiful terrace with lake in focal point. Refinement of the dishes, with amazing flavours and perfect aesthetics. While this divine carpaccio of féra, rhubarb and pollen, adorned with petals of edible flowers and aromatic leaves. And yet, this chocolate brightness grand cru, completely regressive mixes, green, chocolate cake variation, meringue and cream. Inventive and exotic!

Lorsque on séjourne à Annecy, ce serait un comble que de ne pas découvrir ce restaurant. Tout est magie, au dessus d'Annecy. C'est du grand art. Ce qui est dommage c'est sue nous n'ayons pas réservé la nuit. Prochain passage !
