There's a path traced by Laurent Petit, creator of Le Clos des Sens, who was able to award 3 stars to this magnificent house in the heights of Annecy-le-Vieux. It's a path handed down gently and knowledgeably to chef Franck Derouet and head sommelier Thomas Lorival. They have succeeded in the audacious challenge of not altering the initial project, while adding their own history: the same work around plant and lake flavors, the same mise en abyme of a terroir rich in emotions, the same fullness of taste to the point of purity... Always top-notch.
