Chef Eric Besson, who has been cooking since the age of 16 and is a true culinary enthusiast, continues to regale us with his savoir-faire, while the service team looks after our well-being. The lunchtime menu, made each week from local seasonal produce, offers excellent value for money for a gourmet break. The à la carte menu features dishes that have made Le Bilboquet's reputation, such as home-smoked Beaufort trout and Landes duck foie gras cooked in a terrine. Pleasant wine list.
