Gastronomic restaurant with a large terrace, offering bistronomic cuisine.

At the Impérial Palace, La Brasserie is located on the main deck of this majestic ship. A dreamy terrace, a grandiose dining room, all the elegance of the great French brasseries to savor the cuisine of chefs Adrien and Yoan. A successful blend of tradition and inspiration from around the world: crispy mackerel or fir-tree marinated beef tataki, veal sweetbreads in season or linguine with lobster bisque. Dessert buffet by chef Quentin. Gourmet brasserie.

Être sous bâches en terrasses ,c est moyen mais ce chauffage de chantier qui brasse de l air plus qu il ne le réchauffe créé une atmosphère , bruyante et sans confort , surtout vis à vis du tarif appliqué. Je n y reviendrai pas dans ces conditions. Mieux vaut attendre le retour de l été.
