Gastronomic restaurant with a large terrace, offering bistronomic cuisine.

At the Impérial Palace, La Brasserie is located on the main deck of this majestic ship. A dreamy terrace, a grandiose dining room, all the elegance of the great French brasseries to savor the cuisine of chefs Adrien and Yoan. A successful blend of tradition and inspiration from around the world: crispy mackerel or fir-tree marinated beef tataki, veal sweetbreads in season or linguine with lobster bisque. L’unico locale dì Annecy con affaccio sul lago sebbene ad un centinaio di metri dalla riva. È la brasserie dell’Imperial palace hotel un 5 stelle, sull’hotel non discuto, non ci sono stato ma il ristorante non è del livello che ti aspetti un vero peccato.

Très bon emplacement, service excellent, mais les plats manquaient de saveur. Dommage sur l’ensemble des 8 plats, seulement 2 étaient excellent.

Fabuleux, super bien placé au bord du lac, un personnel accueillant, agréable, très professionnel, des plats exquis, savoureux, en bonne quantité et qualité, très peux de choix sur la carte, mais c’est plutôt très rassurant car produits frais, digne d’un étoilé Michelin. Je conseille vivement, bravo au chef et à son équipe.

Good service and pleasant interior and views over the lake. Free parking available at the hotel for customers. Waiter spoke several languages and was friendly plus he had good knowledge of the dishes available. Booking was a struggle as the person answering the phone didn’t speak English, nevertheless i called the hotel and spoke to a kind helpful lady their that was able to make the booking. The booking cost €80 and had to be confirmed via email. Overall was a pleasant experience for Sunday lunch. Be warned the lunch on Sunday operates 12-2pm.
