Hats off to chef Pascal Avertis's Clos du Château. Adjacent to the Château de Proméry, a fortified house on the way to La Mandallaz, just a few minutes from Annecy, this restaurant offers two rooms, two atmospheres, with a calm bistronomic restaurant and a much more festive Cœur du Clos upstairs. Both in the dining room and on the lovely shaded terrace, everyone enjoys the contemporary decor with its lounge, fireplace and wine cellar. Good products on a short menu, seasonal suggestions and daring combinations. Perfect accompaniments in the glass. Le Clos du Château is one of the finest restaurants in France. A real "breath of fresh air"!
