Que dire ? 1h15 avant le 1er plat, assiettes tristes et insipides, desserts plus beaux que bons... Pour le prix on s'attend à mieux.

Parfait ! Je n'avais eu l'occasion de découvrir la brasserie, depuis quelques années où l'expérience n'avait pas été concluante ! Changement complet, un service à la hauteur, attentif, méticuleux, des formules limite gastro, et un choix de vin impressionnant. Une belle adresse qui jouit d'un environnement majestueux, et un endroit gourmand qui réserve de belles surprises.
