When Sandra and Léo opened Cozna 6 years ago, hardly anyone was talking about bistronomy. They were pioneers in their field, and they continue to build on tradition and local produce. Cozna means "cuisine" in Savoyard dialect, but it also means creativity in creating combinations that are as original as they are delicious. A pleasant terrace, a charming little room and seasonal dishes that please us all year round on a short menu. Léo Deleuze's perfect egg never disappoints. Lovely service from Sandra. A safe bet.
