A gourmet address that has the good taste to combine simplicity and real savoir-faire in a warm setting, with a seasonal menu. The star of the show is the product that chef Maximilien brings to the forefront of the plate. The must-try Pâté en Croûte Mazette! Still on the slate, Cévennes char, endives tatin, walnuts and Boc's beef confit, Jerusalem artichoke and coffee. Soufflés through to Laura's desserts and her Nice lemon tart. Mazette! is right on the money.
