O Bon Bec is a restaurant located in Annecy within the Hôtel Le Pélican. It offers inventive, seasonal cuisine for your enjoyment. Its chef, Sylvain Fombertasse, who has practiced his art in some of the finest establishments, including the Paul Bocuse brasseries, prepares dishes based on products sourced from local producers. Among the must-try dishes, his matured rib of beef, Angus beef fillet and snacked veal sweetbreads will certainly not leave you indifferent. His creations, full of personality and inspiration, are sure to win you over. There's also a wine cellar with generous magnums, as well as cellars for mature cheeses. Here, you can be served wherever you like. Inside at the table, at the bar, on a sofa, under the glass roof or on the terrace, sit wherever you like, order and let yourself be surprised.
