Not everything happens in Annecy's hypercentre. Nor does it all take place by the lake. Chorale takes us to the residential area of Les Romains, at the foot of a small building along a tree-lined alley. It's peaceful, tranquil - well, almost... Because Chorale and its open kitchen will delight your taste buds with seasonal dishes from chef Alban Chanteloup, who cut his teeth with Laurent Petit, as well as live wines and craft beers from sommelier Aymeric Velluz. Seasonal market produce, inspired cuisine, a bistronomic association tending towards the gastronomic. Excellent sound, as you'd expect from Choral.
