Hôtel de standing bien équipé avec un personnel remarquablement gentil et à l'écoute. Les chambres sont pas très grandes, mais très propres et très coquettes. A la brasserie, une cuisine traditionnelle de bon gout. Pas de mauvaises surprises, un bel hotel, avec sa piscine.

The staff were friendly. The rooms are perfectly well maintained and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals are rich and well prepared. We feel good home cooking, good product choice.

On a testé la brasserie, un soir bien romantique, et belle surprise. Rien à voir avec un restaurant d'hotel, un vrai cuisinier avec des plats faits maison, constitué de produits nobles. Conseil en vin adapté.

bel hotel de qualité. les hôtesses sont charmantes, et bien à l'écoute. On a déjeuner à la brasserie, cuisine maison de bon gout et service parfait. les chambres sont très propres, bien équipées, et la piscine rafraichissante.

L'hôtel est dans le standard Mercure, sans grande surprise. Il est plutôt bien situé, par rapport au lac et centre d'Annecy, situés à 5 minutes en voiture.
Les chambres sont modernes et confortables.
Soucis le jour de notre présence, le personnel dédié au petit-déjeuner étaient débordées... Résultats, pas de pain !!!
