A chain hotel but tripled and especially conveniently located just a few steps from the train station, in the heart of a shopping street and just a few steps from old Annecy. As much as the fifty rooms allow quick and pedesying access (it is better to forget the car) at all the sites of the city. The building has a beautiful facade and the entrance is dressed with a marquise, far from the image of some of the Campanile. 54 new generation rooms, from single to family room, offering superior comfort after a day of activities in or around the city.

Personnel toutefois accueillant. Petit déjeuner ordinaire, personne sympa et à l'écoute.
La possibilité d'obtenir une substantielle réduction pour le parking de la gare (à moins de 100 m) n'est pas négligeable.
Nous avons aussi profité, au juste tarif, d'un petit-déjeuner, varié, où sont proposés des croissants et autres viennoiseries encore chauds, des crêpes et tous les produits typiquement savoyards, de qualité (confitures, fromages …).
A remarquer aussi, l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel, tant à la réception qu'aux repas.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel nous a paru idéal, près de la gare, très proche des rues commerçantes, à quelques minutes de marche de la vieille ville (et de ses nombreux restaurants) et du lac.
Bref, établissement à recommander.
