Hotel in a historical setting between the lake, the old town and the shopping streets of Annecy.
Even though we appreciate the old stones (the house is historic and the rooms are installed in former monastic cells of Saint Francis in the 17th century), the enormous dilapidation of the rooms, most of which no longer function, could darken your tourist stay. The exceptional geographical location, opening onto a square that is a real "tourist crossroads", between the lake, the old town and the shopping streets, does not in any way justify the negligence in the upkeep of the establishment, which we therefore do not recommend.

Nous y avons sejourné dans le but d'y dormir.
Heureusement notre chambre avait un lit voilà ce qui m'importe.
Je ne vais pas me plaindre parce qu'il n'y a pas de bouilloire dans la chambre ni parce qu'il y a du bruit dans la rue. On est au plus central de l'hypercentre et c'est une ville touristique.
Si les gens veulent du cheap qu'ils aillent en périphérie des villes et qu'ils prennent le bus. D'ailleurs il est gratuit.
Merci au personnel pour son accueil chaleureux et pour la ristourne "last minute booking".
but in the room all is damaged, 2 lamps function on 8, refrigerator has even the floor without protection. Room overlooking the interior courtyard, the night noise of cuisine, smells, plunges etc. until 1:00 am (given the heat obliged to sleep open window, no air conditioning). the morning breakfast to order for 8:00, 8:30 nothing call the reception, they have forgotten us, in short renovated order and lack tea to order too strong. in short we leave while regulating our beautiful room, without any look of the person at the reception. here I you it advice not this hotel.
