We never tire of admiring the Mont-Blanc that unfolds in front of us in the Bauges natural park, 17 km from Annecy, at an altitude of 1,750 meters. And if the storm rages on the Semnoz plateau, well, too bad, we'll take refuge in front of a traditional dish in the pleasant dining room with its mountain pasture decor: alpagist's plate, farmer's plate, smoked bacon fondue or Bauju crust. The dishes are tasty and give you strength after a sporting effort. And to continue to enjoy the atmosphere of this haven of peace, why not sleep there? The rooms are as cozy as you could wish for and make you want to watch the snowstorm whipping through the windows. Because, let's face it, the Semnoz plateau always attracts the wind that chases away the clouds in winter and provides a divine freshness in summer!
