MELROSE MARKET
Melrose's name will probably not mean much to people under 20. Especially if you haven't visited Los Angeles. For others, it is part of the famous TV series (Melrose Place) that comes to life at Melrose Coffee. But how to transpose sunny decor and atmosphere in rue Filaterie? A successful bet for these two childhood friends - Charlotte and Sarah (assisted by Martin in the kitchen, Sarah's brother) - who, after returning from trips and long stays abroad, have just opened a new place that can be described as "delightfully exotic". The house speciality is the famous salty pancakes - like this pancake from the pesto, tomato, mozzarella and raw ham moment - and sweet. In a charming setting decorated with exhibitions of paintings (photos of Maudit Salaud), a refreshing smoothie is sipped before taking a salad well composed of fresh produce. From English breakfast to homemade soups, from coconut water to mocca coffee, there is something to enjoy - on the spot or to take away - at any time of the day. Sale of scented candles and small cactus and good mood without moderation.
