Annecy is a large conurbation. As with most French cities, the Annecy conurbation was enlarged on January1, 2017 with the merger of the communities of the former Annecy conurbation, the Pays d'Alby-sur-Chéran, the Pays de Fillière, the Left Bank of Lake Annecy and La Tournette. a total of 34 communes for a territory with a population of over 215,000 and growing. Grand Annecy is a conurbation with a broader remit, responsible for economic development and tourism, regional planning, mobility and transport, the environment and the elderly. Entre le jour où on m'a annoncé que j'allais recevoir sous 15 jours une confirmation de mon abonnement et le jour en question, il s'est passé plusieurs mois, pour que ma demande initiale (abonnement mensuel) ne soit pas pris en compte.
On m'annonce être abonné et prélevé annuellement, et quelques mois plus tard on me prélève mensuellement des sommes sans justification.
Je n'ai reçu aucun courrier, aucun échéancier. Personne ne répond au téléphone, ni aux mails, absolument jamais DEPUIS JUIN soit SIX MOIS !!!
Comment peut-on autant se moquer de ses clients ? Qui plus est pour une eau coûtant TRÈS cher avec des taxes hallucinantes.
C'est un scandale un service aussi déplorable !
