Created in 1945 in Haute-Savoie, L'Essor Savoyard is part of the Le Messager group, whose headquarters are in Thonon-les-Bains. L'Essor Savoyard has two Thursday editions - one in Haute-Savoie and one in Savoie - which can be found on newsstands and in digital format.
