Au Bœuf Charolais, second generation of artisan butchers, is the reference for meat in Annecy. And if you eat less meat, you must eat better quality. Carefully selected animals, artfully cut and matured for perfect tenderness. Exceptional products to be eaten every day according to the preparation and cooking instructions: Label Rouge beef, Bresse poultry, Pyrenean veal, Sisteron lamb, farmhouse pork from Auvergne, not forgetting the poulard and capon at the end of the year. Delicious catering dishes.

très bonne boucherie
Pas très grand, un super accueil, et on est servi avec le sourire par ce petit couple. Beau choix et qualité, quelques conseils de cuisson pour le respect du produit, c'est pro.

Toute petite boucherie artisanale
Première fois que je me rends dans cette boucherie, tout en longueur. Sympathique équipe, la dame connaît bien ses produits et elle est de bons conseils. La qualité ne trompe pas !

Une petite boucherie toute en longueur, mais bien achalandée, avec des produits de qualité, une équipe souriante et très attentive aux clients, et qui donne des conseils de cuissons. Très professionnel !

On peut y aller les yeux fermés. Le conseil du boucher est toujours adapté à nos besoins, les produits sont de belles qualités, avec pour la majorité des provenances locales. Je recommande cette boucherie aussi pour la gentillesse du personnel.
