Au Bœuf Charolais, second generation of artisan butchers, is the reference for meat in Annecy. And if you eat less meat, you must eat better quality. Carefully selected animals, artfully cut and matured for perfect tenderness. Exceptional products to be eaten every day according to the preparation and cooking instructions: Label Rouge beef, Bresse poultry, Pyrenean veal, Sisteron lamb, farmhouse pork from Auvergne, not forgetting the poulard and capon at the end of the year.
