Au Bœuf Charolais, second generation of artisan butchers, is the reference for meat in Annecy. And if you eat less meat, you must eat better quality. Carefully selected animals, artfully cut and matured for perfect tenderness. Exceptional products to be eaten every day according to the preparation and cooking instructions: Label Rouge beef, Bresse poultry, Pyrenean veal, Sisteron lamb, farmhouse pork from Auvergne, not forgetting the poulard and capon at the end of the year. Je recommande cette boucherie qu'on connaissait pas. Elle est moderne, il y a un grand choix et le personnel nous sert rapidement avec des conseils de cuisson. Prix pas plus cher qu'en grande surface, sourire et service en plus.

Très bon boucher annecien. De la qualité, du choix, et des vendeurs et vendeuses toujours souriant et sympathiques. Des conseils pour la cuisson. Une boutique de qualité. Rideau métallique original aussi.

J'ai bien aimé le service souriant, rapide (il y avait beaucoup de monde) et efficace, sans bacler non plus, car besoin de conseils de cuisson. On voit que cette équipe connaît bien son métier, et la qualité des produits est remarquable. Ni plus ni moins cher qu'ailleurs par contre, mais convivialité et beaux produits reconnus.
