A name well known to wine lovers, the Cave du Parmelan has just changed hands, passing into the hands of a true enthusiast, Jean-Chrysostome Iffrig. La Cave du Parmelan, a traditional cellar where wine has been served for more than 15 years, has just been taken over by a true sommelier by trade, who came through the Alpaga in Megève, and who wants to share with us his wonderful encounters with winegrowers. Right next to the Nouvelles Galeries, a selection of bottles, most of them organically grown, with pleasure in mind. Wines and spirits - fine ranges of whisky, rum, cognac, armagnac... - with excellent advice on food and wine pairing. A cellar to revisit.
