An address designed by Alain Michel, an exceptional cheese maturer for over 50 years. At the boutique d'Albigny, you'll find cheeses matured by a passionate artisan. The focus is on regional cheeses such as Beaufort, Abondance, farmhouse Reblochon - including the famous "Le Michel" -, blue-veined cheeses, Tome des Bauges... But also Jura Comté cheeses of different ages, cheeses with truffles and the inevitable Fondue Michel. Knowledgeable, friendly advice. La Crèmerie du Parc sells excellent farmhouse dairy products and a selection of wines.
