In this discreet little street in the historic center of town, Mama Trøtter doesn't go unnoticed in the local gourmet scene. Congratulations to chef Ryma Prost-Romand, a graduate of the Institut Bocuse, for offering us this address, which has the good taste to be both eco-responsible and gourmet. A friendly atmosphere, an open mind, Mediterranean inspiration, a warm setting for savoring colorful, spicy dishes made with seasonal produce, organic if possible, from short circuits. A delightful surprise that continues in the artisanal products boutique.
