L’ARLEQUIN
Starting our restaurant in Vienna by such an establishment, this is a challenge for those who come next! In fact, if the room and its decor are not very exciting, the quality of the kitchen value deserves a special distinction. At the Duck, everything is home and all the products are seasonal. We are therefore not getting bogged down in a room that would need to be restored to the taste of the day, to look to the slate of the day concocted by a real chef of talent. A map, scrambled eggs and a foie gras sauce, a toast queue tail or a duck thigh burst by our care, to conclude on a Tatin to apples of the vanilla Glace...... From high quality traditional by a chef who eats us "to tits onions".
