J'avais bien annulé ma réservation dans les délais. Quelle surprise de constater le débit sur mon compte 48 h après ! j'appelle l'hotel, pas d'excuses, juste que je vais être remboursée mais que cela peut prendre un mois ! Consternation, mais rien à faire que d'attendre. Au final, j'ai été remboursée sous 48 h ! donc même la communication ce n'est pas au point.

Surpris de voir 1 agencement de la sdb spacieux, où vous n'êtes pas obligé de vous contorsionner pour vous assoir sur les toilettes. La propreté de ma chambre était irréprochable. Merci pour ce séjour.
