Terrace on a small square, glass roof to keep the light, room with an incredible new decor mixing graphic lines and floral floor, plants and raw materials. It is a great beauty for a great conviviality. Pléthore et Balthazar is a restaurant where Lyon's offal rubs shoulders with veggie dishes. Local and ethical products guaranteed. Union around a fantastic cellar with some 450 bottles, including many natural wines. About thirty wines by the glass. Gin bar and successful cocktails. Gourmet moments of escape in the middle of the city.

La carte est très limitée et le choix se réduit quand certains plats vedette du restaurant, comme la côte de boeuf, manquent à la carte et ne sont pas remplacés, et ce un jour d'affluence comme le dimanche midi. Service assuré par des jeunes inexpérimentés donc désorganisé et inefficace. Le plat du jour est à 18 € , c'est un plat simple, et les autres plats sont majoritairement des plats froids , vitello tonato, salade césar , tartares, décevant en hiver . Le gastro burger à 23 € ne vaut pas son prix . Attention La carte affichée sur leur site internet n'est pas celle proposée en salle.
