Les personnes étaient courtoises et professionnelles. Elles ont répondu à mes attentes avec célérité et efficacité. Pas de soucis à signaler—elle a répondu par portable et elle a envoyé les documents dont j’avais besoin. La propriété était convenable et disponible quand j’avais besoin. Le processus pour paiement était simple.

An experience very success! After the first disappointment with a single, we opted for Urban Stay! The two reserved apartments were very good, the very friendly councillors and very welcoming owners! I would like to stay all!
