Facing the superb Savane Park, this hotel, classified as a historical monument, has been run by the Glaudon family since 1957. Its modernist liner-style architecture has seduced fans of charming hotels steeped in history. It has 21 rooms tastefully decorated with mahogany floors, taffeta curtains, sculpted beds, and vintage furniture, some of which is made of Mahogany wood. Its restaurant, Le Joséphine, offers traditional Creole cuisine. An ideal location near the beach, cruise ships and shops.

Un incontournable à Fort-de-France pour y boire un coup.
Merci de ne plus appeler ça un brunch mais un déjeuner entrer/plat/dessert ce qui ne correspond pas du tout au mode "brunch".
Le principe d’un buffet est de pouvoir disposer en permanence des entrées, plats et desserts. Ici il faut attendre et personne pour surveiller si tous les plats sont disponibles. La taille du buffet n’est pas proportionnelle au nombre de personnes.
Dommage !
