The Martinique Agroresources and Research Cluster works with the agri-food sector in the fields of research, development and consulting. Its missions are :
- to conduct research and development programmes aimed at promoting the development of production in all sectors of the agri-food sector (fruit, vegetables, fisheries and aquaculture, livestock farming) through the creation of added value;
- to provide companies in the agri-food sector with services and technological resources enabling them to improve their competitiveness. The skills of a team of engineers and technicians are mobilised to support, assist and manage company projects in key areas such as: quality assistance, technological consulting, scientific and technological information;
- promote the training of professionals, students and trainees in the agri-food sector by setting up partnerships.
