He skilfully combines local fish (delivered every morning) with his secret Breton recipes. Here, everything is homemade with passion. The menu is deliberately limited to guarantee freshness: roasted lobster, fish of the day, one meat. We love his planteur to start the meal and his stuffed vegetarian peppers. A real favorite!
