An original concept: freshly arrived in Martinique, Stéphane Rétif, Michelin-starred chef since 2005 for his restaurant Le d'Antan Sancerrois in Bourges, has just launched his own restaurant combining haute gastronomy with the exoticism of Martinique's terroir. He offers a unique, surprise menu, which of course takes into account your tastes and contraindications. His leitmotiv: to create a fusion cuisine of the moment. And it works!
