Here, the queen is the oyster! They arrive by plane twice a week for the great happiness of the amateurs of Marennes-Oléron. It is a little more expensive than in Metropolitan France, but the bill remains nevertheless correct. If you don't like oysters, opt for the avocado-based specialities such as the burger and the oyster salad, the roasted Camembert, the raclette, the Savoyard fondue, the fish tartar, the stuffed crab, the tapas board, the shrimp tempuras. Nice Balinese style decoration, and open bar, which gives a "chic bistro" look.
